Return in two easy steps
Step 1
Register your return in our portal and create a return label there: Go to the return label
If you placed your order before September 4, 2024, please send a short email to info@greenyogashop.com with the subject "Return label". We will send you the return instructions as soon as possible. Due to a system change, there is now a new portal that provides you with a label with just a few clicks.
Step 2
Print the return label yourself or show the QR code and DHL will print the label for you. In addition to the label being displayed in the returns portal, you will receive an additional email with all the information.

Sende deine Retoure nicht unfrei (also unfrankiert) an uns zurück. Hierdurch entstehen uns höhere Kosten, die wir in Rechnung stellen müssen.
Frequently asked questions about returns
What are the return policies?
All items are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and the labels have not been removed. Clothing must be free of deodorant, cream, make-up or other residues. Cosmetic products, food and fragrances must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. The right of cancellation expires as soon as the seal on these products is removed; in this case, a return is no longer possible for health and hygiene reasons. We ask that you do not return ReMATs.
You can test your yoga mat at home under certain circumstances - however, for hygiene reasons, we will only accept returns if the mat shows no signs of wear. Wear clean socks when testing, avoid wiping or cleaning the mat in any way and limit yourself to a few calm asanas when trying it out, where you don't break a sweat and the mat isn't being put under strain. Usually, just touching the rolled-up mat is enough to feel the basic material properties. You can find out more here: HOW DO I TEST A YOGA MAT?
How long does it take to process my return?
We usually need around 3-5 working days to process a return after it has been received and checked by our shipping partner. You will be informed immediately as soon as your return has been processed and your money has been refunded. The refund will be made using the same method you used to pay for your order.
How do I report a complaint?
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is anything that indicates a manufacturing or material defect, write us a message at kundenservice@greenyogashop.com - ideally with 2-3 photos of the item as a whole and the clearly visible defect or deficiency in detail.
How do I avoid a return? > Our mat advice
In the interest of the environment, we want to avoid unnecessary returns. Since it is not easy to choose between the different yoga mats, we provide the best possible assistance in our shop with detailed product descriptions, care instructions and help pages.

Can I exchange my order?
If you want to order an item in a different size or color, an exchange is usually possible in Germany and Austria. The prerequisites are that the item is available and has the same price as the original item.
